We are first-time dog owners. Getting reliable information from one source - Ben - was a life saver. We relied on his expertise to deal with the emotional yo-yo of having a dog at home and challenges he (the dog) posed. Ben's task was to train us on how to deal with the dog and not training the dog per-se. Ben is great in explaining things in plain English. He is responsive. He understands what dogs desire.
